SNMIC Meeting, June 2, 2010
The next Mining Council meeting will be Wednesday, June 2, 2010, in the Express room of the Holbrooke Hotel in Grass Valley at 7:00PM.
Don Robinson will be the featured speaker for the June 2nd meeting. The topic being the Blue Lead and other Tertiary Channels and hopefully some mining stories. Don is a contributing writer for The Prospecting and Mining Journal, and has been a full-time miner and mining educator for over 30 years. Don was an assayer for Gold Fields in Nevada for several years and managed several mining operations, both hardrock and placer, underground and open pit. Don is a member of SNMIC, and was one of the founding members and past President with the Mother Lode Goldhounds.
